About us

The service
YeniCV helps you create CVs, resumes, cover letters and other application letters. You can enter your details step by step or upload an existing CV. Text is drafted and edited with the help of automated tools, based on the information you provide.
You are responsible for checking your documents before you use them. Everything in your CV must be true and yours to share. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any other outcome.
Your account
We sign you in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email account secure; anyone who can open the link can open your account.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing and payment pages before you pay. Payment is processed by PayPal. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Delivery
After payment your document opens on the site and we email you a link to it. Documents stay available in your account for 30 days.
Cancellation and refunds
You can preview the whole document before you pay. Because each document is personalised digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins. After payment you can regenerate your document up to three times for free. If a document is faulty or you cannot access it, we fix it. We do not offer refunds. Details are in our refund policy at yenicv.com/en/refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your content
You keep all rights in the information you provide and in the documents you download, and you may use them however you like. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use YeniCV to create false, misleading or unlawful documents, to impersonate someone else, to upload content you have no right to use, or to disrupt or copy the service.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost job opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page on the date you pay applies to that purchase.
