Preview before you pay

You can preview your whole document before paying, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Cancellation rights

Each document is personalised digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins (in the UK, regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; in the EU, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). For this reason we do not offer refunds.

Three free regenerations

If you are not happy with your document, you can regenerate it up to three times for free. Email merhaba@yenicv.com with your order number.

Faulty documents and access problems

If you paid but cannot access your document, or it does not work as described, tell us at merhaba@yenicv.com. We will fix the problem.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the UK, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
